Thank you for shopping with Neturo Human Body Care / Ready To Cook.

We strive to provide fresh and quality products to our customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

  1. Returns
    Due to the nature of our products (fresh meat and ready-to-cook items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or spoiled product
  • Missing items in order

In such cases, customers must inform us within 2 hours of delivery.

  1. Refunds
    Once your complaint is verified, we will process your refund in the following ways:
  • Refund to original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet)
  • Or store credit (as per customer choice)

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  1. Non-Refundable Items
    We do not accept refund requests for:
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Order cancellation after dispatch
  1. Order Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
    Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
  2. How to Request Refund
    To request a refund, contact us with:
  • Order ID
  • Photo/video proof (if product is damaged)
  • Short description of issue

  • Then contact your payment provider
